We have been in existence since 2014 when the four current directors decided it was time to leave the corporate treadmill and branch out into their own business adventure. Unusually they had worked together since 1996 within the office supplies sector until they set up in business in 2014.
Switch Business Solutions Ltd was set up the same year as a self employed sales team. It quickly became obvious that to generate decent levels of leads and appointments a telemarketing function needed to be engaged. After trying several organisation which produced varying but inevitably disappointing results it was decided to set up an in house telesales company.
3XL Ltd was set up in 2015 in Sheffield. Sheffield was chosen as the location for the contact centre as within the Sheffield, Barnsley and Rotherham conurbation there are a large number of call centres, so experienced telemarketing professionals were readily available.
We have very recently relocated to Barnsley to premises which offer greater scope for expansion.
